We provide detailed electronic home inspection reports to our clients after their on-site home inspection. We pride ourselves on providing a home inspection report that is easy to read and understand.

All of our reports come complete with pictures and descriptions of our findings. We do this so that negotiations are easier, you are able to find issues again to fix them, and to give you the information you need in a comprehensive format.

1) What information do I need to book a home inspection?

Client’s Full Name, phone, and email.
Realtor’s Full name, phone, and email.

Do you have an executed contract and how many days are in your option period?

2) What is included in a standard residential inspection?

A home inspection is a visual inspection of all major components of your home. (We have the list of all those components on the website currently.)

3) How long does a home inspection typically take?

A standard home inspection usually takes between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size and condition of the property.

4) Do I need to be present during the inspection?

While it’s not mandatory, we highly recommend that you attend the last hour of inspection, the walkthrough, to better understand the findings and ask any questions you may have.

5) How soon will I receive the inspection report?

You can expect to receive your detailed inspection report within 24-48 hours after the inspection is completed.

6) What should I do to prepare my home for an inspection?

Ensure that all utilities are on and that areas like the attic, basement, water heater and electrical panels are easily accessible.
Move any large furniture that maybe in front of windows and have your blinds pulled up to the top of the window or drapes open.

7) Do you also perform pre-listing inspections?

Yes, we offer pre-listing inspections for homeowners looking to sell their property. This can help identify any potential issues that could hold up the sale.

8) What if I have questions after receiving the inspection report?

We are available for follow-up questions via phone or email. Your understanding of the report is important to us.

9) Are your inspectors licensed and insured?

Yes, all our inspectors are licensed by the state and carry liability insurance for your peace of mind. We even have enough insurance for new construction inspections where your builder needs us to fill out paperwork.
